چکیده
Objective. Creatine kinase (CK), cathepsin D (CTSD), Ki67, and tumour protein 63 (p63) have been proven to participate in the growth of some cancers. However, available literature suggested paucity data on their involvement oesophageal squamous-cell carcinoma (ESCC) development. Methods. We ascertained presence CK, CTSD, p63 expressions ESCC demonstrate association between differentiation abovementioned proteins. collected related information 48 patients prior division into well poor groups, which were analysed retrospectively. Positive rates expression evaluated via immunohistochemistry. The proteins that expressed positively all cases selected. Comparison within two groups was done analyse correlation expression. Results. observed p63, Ki67 significantly highly poorly differentiated with ESCC. Conclusions. This finding may suggest involved progression, evidentially serve as potential markers early identification risk assessment

Background and Aim: This study aimed to indicate the role of epidermal growth factor (EGF) in proliferation and growth of epithelial tissue and to determine the correlation be-tween the frequency of expression of EGF receptor (EGFR) by means of immunohistochemistry with survival rate in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Materials and Methods: Thirty-eight cases of OSCC diagnosed by hemato...
متن کاملBioimpedance Assessment of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma with Clinicopathological Correlation.
AIM Molecular alterations at membrane, cytosol and nuclear level in cancer cells/tissue show variations in bioimpedance measure. In the present study, bioimpedance assessment and comparison was investigated between oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and normal tissue. Study further involves clinicopathological correlation of bioimpedance values in OSCC. MATERIALS AND METHODS The present stud...

متن کاملcorrelation between p53, p63 expression and hpv infection with staging and grading of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
background and aim: squamous cell carcinoma is the eighth common cancer and forms 94% of oral malignancies. nowadays, many molecular and genetic changes have been known to affect tumoral behavior which might be good for drug production and gene therapy. it has been known that mutated p53, overexpression of p63 as an oncogene and hpv infection are correlated with clinicopathological behavior of ...
